Established on 11/02/2025 Goodwill Disability Services provides disability care services focusing on basic home and community care services with the aim to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of the people with disabilities and their families. Our Director, Sheperd Mugandi, brings over 20 years of experience in social work, child protection, and community support. With a career spanning across Zimbabwe, Namibia, and Australia, Sheperd has worked with government agencies and diverse communities to ensure the safety, well-being, and empowerment of vulnerable individuals. His expertise in case management, NDIS advocacy, and culturally competent care forms the foundation of our approach at Goodwill Disability Services.
We believe in fostering inclusion, dignity, and independence, working closely with families, support networks, and community organizations to create meaningful change. Whether it’s accessing disability services, building life skills, or receiving compassionate care, we are here to guide and support every step of the way.
At Goodwill Disability Services, our mission is clear: to create opportunities, uplift lives, and provide a safe and supportive environment where every individual can thrive.
This document presents the organisation’s Strategic plan which sets out the steps Goodwill Disability Services will take over the next 3 years (2025– 2028).
